It is your responsibility to contact the church office prior to your event to acquire a key for entry and to the kitchen and ice room. When you pick up the key for your event, you will pay the required fee and you will be shown where to access lights, chairs, tables, etc. If you have any additional comments, please list them below and provide your initials to acknowledge that you have read this information.
